Access and Track Your Order Effortlessly

How to find tracking? 

Tracking details of an order will be notify via email once it had been dispatched. Hence, it's import to whitelist our email address (updates@wedropship.com.au, no-reply@wedropship.com.au)

Alternatively, retailers can access their order status by logging into WeDropship.  


These are the couriers that we partnered with:

CouriersShipping Information
Australia Post
Items that weigh 22kg or less will be dispatched with Australia Post’s Internet enabled freight system (eParcel).
When your order is dispatched, you will be given a consignment number.
Couriers Please
Items with weights of 25kg or less, max dimensions not over 0.8 meters and max volume not over 0.1CBM may be dispatched with Courier Please.
Hunter Express
Parcels weighing over 22kg may be dispatched with Hunter Express. 
Aramex
For items that weight below 22kg with a lower cost than Australia Post, the item will be dispatched with Aramex. You will receive an email confirmation of your order including a tracking number, as soon as your orders are dispatched.
Toll
Parcels weighing less than 30kg may be dispatched with Toll. Each parcel will carry a barcoded address label, enabling you to track your items through the Toll website.
TNTParcels weighing over 25kg may be dispatched with Toll. Each parcel will carry a barcoded address label, enabling you to track your items through the Toll website.
APE
For items that weight below 22kg with a lower cost than other couriers, the item will be dispatched with APE. You will receive an email confirmation of your order including a tracking number, as soon as your orders are dispatched.

Signature on deliveries? Authority to leave? 

For added security, all our deliveries require a signature upon receipt. In the event that you are not available to receive the package, the courier may leave the item in a safe place at their discretion. If you would like to provide authority to leave the package without a signature, you can make a request through the courier's tracking updates. Please note that any authority to leave is done so at your own risk.
